What water is best to drink?

Japanese experts on the following results:


1. Drink water that is free of harmful substances. One of the main reasons for putrefaction in the intestinal tract is the use of chlorine, which randomly destroys microorganisms in the intestines and unbalances the intestinal flora. (You should also avoid boiled water.)


2. Drink water that contains balanced levels of essential minerals. (Distilled water, which removes harmful substances but also dissolved minerals, is also unsuitable from a biological and medical point of view.)

4. Basic ionized (hexagonal) water is more suitable than neutral or distilled water.
